CEO & PRESIDENT
Mr. Leybov is a visionary CEO with a demonstrated history of innovative solutions implemented in multiple industries. His leadership skills impact the company’s business strategy as well as the R&D roadmap. Mr. Leybov harness his capabilities to ensure the company’s steady growth by developing out of the box marketing strategies and initiation of innovative solutions to the aviation's pain points by developing cutting-edge technologies.
Mr. Leybov has held senior management positions and served as MP in a number of Dedicated Funds.
Mr. Leybov started his career with IAF where he served as CCT & TACP Commander. Mr. Leybov holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the College of Management.
OFER ACHLER
CTO
Mr. Achler is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Xsight Systems.
Mr. Achler leads the Company's R&D efforts to break the boundaries of technology. Mr. Achler holds 15 years of Machine Intelligence experience, throughout his career, he has managed multiple SW and HW research & development teams and successfully created long lasting solution’architectures. The Company enjoys his diverse experience and leadership to implement the Company’s vision.
Mr. Achler holds a Master’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Intelligent Systems, Robotics, and Control from the University of California, San Diego.
OSNAT DAVIDOVICH
CFO
Mrs. Davidovich is the CFO at Xsight Systems.
Mrs. Davidovich brings with her over 15 years of broad experience in senior financial, operations and business management positions and as CFO at various companies. Ms. Davidovich is a Certified public Accountant and has a thorough background in financial management, accounting, taxation, and business strategy.
Mrs. Davidovich began her career at EY, as a member of an audit team focused on technology companies.
Mrs. Davidovich holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Bar Ilan University.
DANIEL BONNEWIT
VP OPERATIONS
Mr. Bonnewit is the VP Operations at Xsight Systems.
Mr. Bonnewit is responsible for planning and overseeing the company’s operational activities, ensuring implementation of cost-effectiveness criterias. Mr. Bonnewit holds over 25 years of experience of technical management as well as matrix leadership of manufacturing teams. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bonnewit served as Engineering Leader at NICE Systems.
Mr. Bonnewit holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Coventry University, London.
DAVID OFEK
SENIOR DIRECTOR - Sales/Marketing/Strategic Alliances Development
Mr. David Ofek serves as Senior Director of Sales /Marketing/ Strategic Alliances Development.
Mr. Ofek brings with him a vast business experience of over 30 years, with many of them being stationed in Europe and Asia Pacific, in the fields and expertise of Aviation & Digital Printing. ( 17 years with Xsight Systems)
David has served in various business positions as; a Board of Director member (including at Xsight), CEO, and VP Business Development, Marketing & Sales with an emphasis on Asia Pacific and Europe, always focusing on expansion.
Mr. Ofek holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of Tel Aviv. He is a graduate of the Senior Management Program at Wharton Business School at Pennsylvania University, Philadelphia, USA.
