About The Position

The Xsight Global Support team is looking for a Professional Services / Tier 2 (field) Engineer for an ongoing company's internal and external projects, who will join the team and will have an in-depth understanding of the product, its operation, and service, including the willingness to write technical documentation.

Working as part of the GSOC team will include on-site maintenance & service, installation, implementation, and integration activities while using a common methodology and best practices to meet Xsight objectives.


  • Worldwide L2 technical solutions such as product field-engineering support & service, including customer training.
  • Working on cross-functional company projects by collaboratively working with internal teams including R&D, Engineering, Pre-Sales & Marketing, and other core-team members by driving the successful and optimal delivery of the objectives.
  • Producing technical high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience, such as:
  1. Product Manuals.
  2. User Job Guides.
  3.  Procedures.
  4.  Data analysis.


  • Electronics Practical Engineer.
  • Previous background in high-tech companies, with the capability to work in a dynamic organizational matrix environment - required.
  •  3+ years of experience as a Professional Services Engineer / Tier 2 Technical Support / Integration / Solution Engineer / Implementation and/or other related fields - required.
  •  Proven experience in system engineering of multi-disciplinary systems that combine electronics, software, mechanics, Optics, and/or RF systems - required.
  • Experience in providing support to customers abroad - required.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies independently and quickly
  • Willingness to work non-routine hours.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
  •  Having a foreign passport and knowing additional languages – is a significant advantage.
  •  Understanding the world of IT and server-side technologies - an advantage.
  • Background with the world of aviation - an advantage.

  •  English-Fluent (verbal and written) - required.
  • Thorough multi-disciplinary system understanding.
